Music Box Care LLC is a consulting and program implementation service that provides a structured, music-based engagement system designed to support the cognitive, emotional, and social well-being of senior participants, including older adults and veterans.

Founded by Alicia Diaz, a college piano professor with a Master’s degree in Piano Performance, Music Box Care was developed through direct, hands-on work within senior communities. The system is designed to be scalable, easy to implement, and impactful, empowering staff to deliver meaningful engagement daily.
